We had a very successful wedding fair last month with many people taking a good look around. I must congratulate my staff for the hard work they put in to present the facilities after a very busy function the night before.

We welcomed back the Cornwall Wooden Spoon Dinner. Diners enjoyed hearing tales from the former Scotland Fly-Half & BBC correspondent Ian Robertson.

On 10th March the hotel ballroom was transformed into the deck of the Titanic - guests observed the intrigue before the body of Lord Sutton was discovered in the foyer. Chef based the menu on the fayre served to first class passengers on that fateful night.

Keeping our green credentials as a top priority is important to us. We have just purchased a brand new biomass food digester which will convert our food waste into green energy. As a family business we are fully committed to protecting our environment and doing our bit for a sustainable future.
